Simon Hall Executive Chef

Executive Chef, Simon Hall is a Tennessee Native, now living in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.  He spent time traveling the world and sharpening his culinary skills in restaurants in San Francisco, Charleston, and Knoxville. Now Simon has  combined two decades of hospitality work into providing niche services based in Boulder, Colorado. His love for his family and food has driven him into serving nutritious fully prepared meals for individuals and families.
